Return & Refund Policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or order confirmation is also required.
To start a return, please contact us at furforashop@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Return instructions and the return address will be provided after your request is reviewed.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue so we can resolve it quickly.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Pet food and consumable products
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Clearance or sale items
- Gift cards
- Opened hygiene or grooming products
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Returned items must remain unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.
