I bought it to replace another water fountain. The water was getting mucky and the filters didn't work that well.
I am do happy with this one. I have a mainecoon and they love water not just to drink. It took her around a day to get used to it. But she runs to the fountain every time it's tips and starts refilling now. And even if she plays with the water i know the hair of her fluffy paws won't be circulating in her drinking water.
Lightning-fast delivery, everything works! Finally, nothing is spilling in my kitchen anymore; it was really annoying when I had a fountain.
Awesome product, cats love it, feels sturdy, holds loads of water, has all the senses needed not to make a mess.
The product works very well and I am very happy.
Things to keep in mind: the screen turns off to save battery even if what you select remains programmed. The bad thing is that the red lights that warn you when the dirty water tank is full or the clean water tank is empty also. and stops working when one of these two cases occurs without you knowing. So there is one pending. Another important thing is that if the lid of the dirty water tank is not properly placed, it won't work either. So if your cats or dogs are like mine and like to play with the water dispenser, you will have to end up sticking the lid to the tank.
Lastly, I recommend cleaning the spoon where the water falls every day or every two days because it gets dirty, and we didn't buy this fountain to drink dirty water.
The truth is that it's a PIECE OF SOURCE. It looks well-built. Since you don't have to constantly use water, IT MAKES NO NOISE. The water recycling system makes a lot of sense and you can regulate it with a touch screen.
The touch screen works perfectly and allows you to manage the amount of water, how often it is recycled, etc.
Being made of stainless steel, you ensure that it lasts a long time.
With this fountain you save using filters and always have clean water.
The best? IT HAS A BATTERY. You can place it wherever you want. It's really great, if it holds up well over time I'll buy another one.
